- Continued learning
- Sufficient Sleep
- Sex (you don't want to get carried away with this one and end up sleep deprived :)
- Aerobic Exercise
- Calorie restriction of 20 to 30 percent
- Flavonoids, which are contained in dark chocolate and blueberries
- Omega-3 fatty acids, present in fatty fish, like salmon
