As my grandma would say: "you need to eat right if you want to keep your body and soul together."
I love to cook and it's only fitting that I begin by quoting my grandma. She inspired my love for cooking when I was a child and taught me the fundamentals that I follow to this day. This page is dedicated to her.
Many of us wake each day to "fight the good fight" as we battle with the effects of aging and/or chronic Illness. Through personal research, and the help of The Elimination Diet, I learned that by supplying my body with the proper nutrients I have more mental strength and I just plain feel better. I'm excited to share what I've discovered works for me along my personal recipes in hopes it can serve as a in starting point that will benefit others.
My Dietary Guidelines are Ever Evolving, Here's a Look at Where They Stand Today :
While this combination of nutrients work for me, we all have our own individual needs. I highly suggest that you keep a food diary so that you can determine what works for you. I am not a medical professional and not qualified to create a health plan for anyone but myself. Your plan will certainly be different, but this may be a good place for you to start.

To reach out eagerly, without fear, for a newer and richer experience.”
― Eleanor Roosevelt
We're living our very own Life Experience and we owe it to ourselves to make the most of it. I believe that each one of us faces different challenges, but the steps that we need to take to get the most out of our time here on this earth, are very much the same for all of us.
